Do I need to be super fit?

This is an active outdoor retreat, and you will need to be responsible for own wellbeing and fitness. You don’t need to be super fit. We go at your pace and it’s a very mixed group in terms of physical ability. If you can walk for four hours with frequent breaks you’ll be fine. We are planning a walk which includes a 800m elevation gain up a gentle sloping hill. If in doubt drop us a line.

Who is this for?

Any self-identifying woman who wants some time away, in nature with like-minded peers to rediscover what brings joy.  Last year we welcomed a range of people, ages mid twenties to sixty+, mothers and non-mothers, different sexual orientations and ethnicities. We strive to make the retreat a welcoming space, and at the same time recognise our own biases.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you’ve paid you are responsible for filling you place if you can’t make it for any reason. We’ll allow a substitution in who is coming up to two weeks in advance.

I’ve got some questions can I talk to someone?

Yessssss. We’d love to chat anything through. Drop us an email and we can set up a time.
